Universal Clamp Union

Product Information

Universal Clamp Union

The Clamp union is a British Standard union made to BS4825, often used across a wide range of hygienic processing industries, including Food & Dairy, Beverages, AI Cooling, Direct Air Capture, Brewing and Cosmetics.

Clamp unions are comprised of 3 parts:

  • Heavy Duty Clamp
  • Machined Ferrule
  • Hygienic Rubber Seal (EPDM as standard)

All wetted parts are grade 316 stainless steel, whilst the heavy duty clamp is 304.

Double bolted clamps are available in grade 304 as an alternative.

Clamp fittings are considered to be the cleanest Hygienic Unions and are quick to assemble making them a popular choice. They’re slim in design, meaning they’re well suited to applications that are limited on space.

Alongside our range of BS4825 Clamp fittings, we also stock ranges to suit Metric DIN32676, Nominal Bore Sch10 and Nominal Bore Sch40.
