RJT (also known as Ring Joint Type) is a British Standard union. Our RJT Equal Tees are supplied pre‑fitted, providing a cost‑effective and time efficient solution for welding applications. Often used across a wide range of hygienic processing industries, including Food & Dairy, Beverages, AI Cooling, Direct Air Capture, Brewing and Cosmetics.

• Available with both Male and Female connections.
• Grade 316 Stainless Steel (excluding nuts).
• Manufactured to BS4825 for hygienic applications.
• Generally made to order, available in 7 – 10 days.

With the use of our workshop, we are able to provide RJT connections on all of our bends, tees, reducers and other fittings.

More About RJT Unions

RJT unions are comprised of 4 parts:

• Hexagon Nut
• Pressed or Machined Liner
• Weld Male
• Hygienic Rubber Seal (Nitrile as standard)

All wetted parts are grade 316 stainless steel, whilst the nut is 304.

RJT is a very forgiving union and is easy to install. It is well suited to applications that require regular dismantling.
