ILC Hex Nut
ILC (also known as In Line Cleaning) is a standard union designed to support CIP systems. ILC Hexagonal Nuts are intended for use as part of an ILC union to assemble and disassemble. Often used across a wide range of hygienic processing industries, including Food & Dairy, Beverages, Brewing and Cosmetics.

- To suit sizes ½” and ¾” (standard RJT nut for sizes 1” to 4”)
- Grade 304 Stainless Steel.
- Manufactured for hygienic applications.

ILC unions are comprised of 4 parts:
- Hexagon Nut (standard RJT nut for sizes 1” to 4”)
- Weld Liner
- Weld Male
- Hygienic Rubber Seal (EPDM as standard)
All wetted parts are grade 316 stainless steel, whilst the nut is 304.
