ILC Male

ILC (also known as In Line Cleaning) is a standard union designed to support CIP systems. An ILC Male is a hygienic Stainless Steel fitting used in ILC unions, supplying the external thread that the nut fastens with to create a secure, sanitary seal. Often used across a wide range of hygienic processing industries, including Food & Dairy, Beverages, Brewing and Cosmetics.

ILC unions are comprised of 4 parts:

• Hexagon Nut (standard RJT nut for sizes 1” to 4”)
• Weld Liner
• Weld Male
• Hygienic Rubber Seal (EPDM as standard)

All wetted parts are grade 316 stainless steel, whilst the nut is 304.
