Clamp Seals | Nominal Bore
The Clamp union is a British Standard union, with Nominal Bore standards available to suit Sch10 and Sch40. Clamp Seals are intended for use as part of a Clamp union to create a hygienic, crevice-free seal. Often used across a wide range of hygienic processing industries, including Food & Dairy, Beverages, AI Cooling, Direct Air Capture, Brewing and Cosmetics.
Product Specification
- Clamp Seals to suit sizes ½” to 8” NB.
- EPDM supplied as standard.
- Manufactured to Sch10 and Sch40 Nominal Bore for hygienic applications.
- All seals are certified to EU1935:2004 regulations or FDA.

Clamp unions are comprised of 3 parts:
All wetted parts are grade 316 stainless steel, whilst the heavy duty clamp is 304.
Double bolted clamps are available in grade 304 as an alternative.
Clamp fittings are considered to be the cleanest Hygienic Unions and are quick to assemble making them a popular choice. They’re slim in design, meaning they’re well suited to applications that are limited on space.
