Clamp Ferrule Bend
The Clamp union is a British Standard union made to BS4825. Our Clamp Ferrule 90° Bends are supplied pre‑fitted, providing a cost‑effective and time efficient solution for welding applications. Often used across a wide range of hygienic processing industries, including Food & Dairy, Beverages, AI Cooling, Direct Air Capture, Brewing and Cosmetics.

More About Clamp Unions
Clamp unions are comprised of 3 parts:
- Heavy Duty Clamp
- Machined Ferrule
- Hygienic Rubber Seal (EPDM as standard)
All wetted parts are grade 316 stainless steel, whilst the heavy duty clamp is 304.
Double bolted clamps are available in grade 304 as an alternative.
Clamp fittings are considered to be the cleanest Hygienic Unions and are quick to assemble making them a popular choice. They’re slim in design, meaning they’re well suited to applications that are limited on space.
