ACME Weld Liner
ACME is a standard union designed for hygienic applications, with a metal-to-metal seal. ACME Liners are a hygienic Stainless Steel fitting, used to provide the sealing face that joins the ACME Weld male and ACME Nut. Often used across a wide range of hygienic processing industries, including Food & Dairy, Beverages, Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals.

ACME unions are comprised of 3 parts.
All wetted parts are grade 316 stainless steel whilst the nut is 304.
ACME unions have a metal to metal seal. Removing the rubber from the union can provide a more secure seal in certain applications.
