Customer service will always be our top priority, and we go the extra mile to make sure every customer knows they can count on us as a trusted supplier of hygienic Stainless Steel tube and fittings.

What happens when a customer comes to us in need?

Recently, we had an urgent request with a pressing deadline. At 7pm, one of our good customers called needing a large order. 114 metres of 154mm descaled Stainless Steel tube and 20 of our 154mm descaled 1.5D 90° hygienic bends, all ready for collection by 9am the next morning.

We knew time was tight on this order, but we stayed focused and made sure it was ready for our customers!

How we work as a team to complete urgent orders.

First thing in the morning our warehouse team got straight to work, moving quickly and efficiently. Their effort ensured the full order was packed and ready well before the 9am deadline.

It’s moments like these that show what great customer service is all about. At Pipeline, we believe customer service goes beyond building a good reputation. It’s about making every customer feel valued, supported, and confident that they can rely on us, even in high-pressure situations.
